The relocation of the BOMAG factory in China from the previous site in Fengxian has been completed. Despite the Corona crisis, production in China is up and running again, naturally in compliance with strict hygiene and contact rules.
As in the rest of the world, sales dropped in the first quarter, also as a consequence of corona. However, the second quarter is showing hopeful signs of a recovery. In addition to the positive figures, we have also received a new video from the plant in Changzhou, which shows the construction of the new site. Besides state-of-the-art production facilities, the plant also consists of an administration building with a large reception hall, bright offices, and comfortable meeting rooms. The BOMAG signature is unmistakable across the entire complex.
