Ralf Junker has been President of BOMAG since 2017. He has been Managing Director since 2009 already and a member of the Executive Board since 2001. Previously, he was responsible for the manufacturing areas for all BOMAG production sites. From 2017 to 2020, he was also responsible for global sales. Ralf Junker has been with BOMAG since 1988.
Dirk Woll has been a member of the Executive Board since 2014. As Managing Director, he has been responsible for finance, IT and legal affairs since 2015. Before joining BOMAG, he held various management positions in the mechanical engineering and automotive industries, including at Eberspächer and Bruker.
Dr Ingo Ettischer has been Chief Operating Officer at BOMAG since 2023. He is responsible for various areas, including global production, planning, logistics and procurement. Prior to this, he spent 20 years at Mercedes-Benz AG in the truck, van and passenger car divisions in various global management and production roles. Among other things, he oversaw the global production of the van division and, before that, the truck facility in Wörth.
Jonathan Stringham has been a member of BOMAG's Executive Board since 2013. He is responsible for the worldwide sales and marketing of the BOMAG Group. Prior to this, he was responsible for strategy, marketing and digitisation. Before joining BOMAG, Jonathan Stringham held various management positions in business consulting, corporate strategy and product management.
Michael Grünewald has been a member of the Executive Board since 2001. He is responsible for Service & Solutions worldwide. Before that, he was Sales Director for the markets of Europe, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East; he was also responsible for the expansion of dealer networks. Michael Grünewald has been with BOMAG since 1989.
Katja Hahn has been a member of the Executive Board since 2023 and is responsible for HR at the BOMAG Group worldwide. She has worked for BOMAG since 2005, initially looking after various business units as well as the training department as an HR officer and, from 2017, taking over responsibility for operational and strategic HR work at the Boppard site as head of HR.
Holger Brüning has been a board member since December 2019. He leads the Boppard plant and is responsible for the global production and logistics processes. In his previous function, the mechanical engineer (Dipl.-Ing. (TU)) worked in the area of operations at the agricultural machinery manufacturer CLAAS SE GmbH for 15 years. As a board member, he was responsible for the areas of production, supply chain management, work planning and quality assurance.
Executive Board member Dr. Eng. Stefan Forkert has been responsible for technology since 2018 and quality since 2022. Before joining BOMAG, the mechanical engineer led CLAAS Group's Harvester product sector and was also responsible for the Product Development department in China and India.
Philipp Röhrle has assumed responsibility for BOMAG's global planer business as a member of the management board from February 2023.Röhrle joined BOMAG in 2018 as Head of Product Management Light Equipment & Asphalt. Three years later, he took over the position of Director Global Marketing.Prior to that, the graduate industrial engineer was a senior product manager at Kärcher for nine years, where he was responsible for developing the municipal technology business field.
Marco Faulhaber has held a management position in the FAYAT Group since 2012. As a member of BOMAG's executive board, he is currently responsible for the paver segment. Between 2017 and 2021, he served as Senior Vice President Market Operations of the sister company Dynapac; prior to that, he was already a member of the BOMAG board with responsibility for the paver and after-sales areas. Before joining the FAYAT Group, Marco Faulhaber worked for the MAN Group for many years, including over ten years in management positions in China and Southeast Asia.
Brian Bieller has been a member of the Management Board of BOMAG Americas since March 2023. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the North American market, including Canada. Most recently, he was President & Chief Executive Officer at ST Engineering LeeBoy. Previously, Brian Bieller was part of the FAYAT Group as President & Regional Manager at Dynapac. He has more than 30 years of experience in the industry and extensive product knowledge.
