In keeping with our understanding of sustainability, we want to focus on supporting young people and encouraging them to go their own way. Because we know: they are the thought leaders and innovators of tomorrow. Contact with the next generation shows us new perspectives that help us look ahead and break new ground. With this, we want to lay the foundation for a better future and a greener tomorrow.

      School sponsorships

      Thinking about tomorrow's talents today
      We take our social responsibility seriously – and are already thinking today about the junior staff of tomorrow. To this end, we offer comprehensive career guidance within the framework of school sponsorships in local schools. The schools are consequently in active exchange with the world of work - and the pupils learn more about vocational training professions and working life. The advantage: They can better explore their own interests and pursue the career that suits them best. 

      We want to offer all the support we can to talented people from day one, be it at parents' evenings, job application training sessions or for lesson plans with a practical focus. With regular visits, we are actively involved in the activities at our partner schools. We are currently already cooperating with five partner schools.

      As a sustainable company, investing in the future is important to us. That's why we provide financial support to nursery schools and day-care facilities in our region. We are committed to providing the best possible care and a good on-site environment. So that the youngest children get the best possible start. After all, we know our social responsibility and family-friendly policies do not end at the company gates.
