      Hazardous Substances Protection Award for ION DUST SHIELD.

      At the 16th Occupational Safety and Health Forum, the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS)and the Federal Agency for Occupational Safety and Health (BAuA) conferred the 14th German Hazardous Substance Protection Award.

      With "making the handling of hazardous substances safer, supporting innovation" as its motto, an independent jury declared the winner on 29 September 2022. The ION DUST SHIELD received the award endowed with 10.000 € as an innovative solution for the safe handling of carcinogenic substances released during the milling of asphalt.

      Hazardous Substances Protection Award

      By using the Ion Dust Shield, the fine particulate pollution produced during milling can be reduced by more than 80%.
      After winning bauma´s Innovation Award in 2019, with BMAS´ Hazardous Substances Protection Award we received another prize for our technology.
      BOMAG donated the prize money of 10.000 € to the support association of the DASA - Working World Exhibition in Dortmund.
      Representatives of the received the donation, which BOMAG doubled by another 10.000 €, at the ceremony.
