Ralf Junker has been President of BOMAG since 2017. He has been Managing Director since 2009 already and a member of the Executive Board since 2001. Previously, he was responsible for the manufacturing areas for all BOMAG production sites. From 2017 to 2020, he was also responsible for global sales. Ralf Junker has been with BOMAG since 1988.
Robert Laux has been Managing Director of BOMAG since 2017 and is responsible for operations and quality management. He has been a member of the BOMAG management team for many years and was previously responsible for engineering. Robert Laux has been with BOMAG since 1997.
Dirk Woll has been a member of the Executive Board since 2014. As Managing Director, he has been responsible for finance, IT and legal affairs since 2015. Before joining BOMAG, he held various management positions in the mechanical engineering and automotive industries, including at Eberspächer and Bruker.
Jonathan Stringham has been a member of BOMAG's Executive Board since 2013. He is responsible for the worldwide sales and marketing of the BOMAG Group. Prior to this, he was responsible for strategy, marketing and digitisation. Before joining BOMAG, Jonathan Stringham held various management positions in business consulting, corporate strategy and product management.
Michael Grünewald has been a member of the Executive Board since 2001. He is responsible for Service & Solutions worldwide. Before that, he was Sales Director for the markets of Europe, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East; he was also responsible for the expansion of dealer networks. Michael Grünewald has been with BOMAG since 1989.
Thomas Merfeld has been a member of Management since 2000. He is responsible for the company's entire international Human Resources Division. Before this, he was BOMAG's Human Resources Manager in Germany. Thomas Merfeld joined BOMAG in 1990 as a Human Resources officer. He is responsible for both operative HR management and conceptual and strategic human resource work.
In 2018, Jérôme Beilvert joined the BOMAG management board as Vice President Milling. Before that, he was responsible of Marini India, as Structuring Manager for FAYAT Group. Mr. Beilvert holds a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering and a MBA in International Business. During his career, Jérôme Beilvert has been taking full responsibility of Industrial Business Units in Asia and North America.
Holger Brüning has been a board member since December 2019. He leads the Boppard plant and is responsible for the global production and logistics processes. In his previous function, the mechanical engineer (Dipl.-Ing. (TU)) worked in the area of operations at the agricultural machinery manufacturer CLAAS SE GmbH for 15 years. As a board member, he was responsible for the areas of production, supply chain management, work planning and quality assurance.
Robert Mueckler is President of BOMAG Americas since 2015 where he is currently responsible for the development of the North American market. Mr. Mueckler has been part of the company’s Management since 2010 when he initially held the position of Vice President of Marketing & Sales. In 2010, he moved to BOMAG from Manitou Americas where he served as Director of Sales for North America.
Volker Laux joined the BOMAG management team in 2016. He is responsible for strategic purchasing as well as the global supply chain. As a graduate in engineering (FH) and business studies, he worked at TRW as a development engineer, had various assignments in purchasing and finally held the position of Purchasing Director. His last employment was as Global Sourcing Director at Thermo Electron LED GmbH in Langenselbold.
Jean-Noel Daguin joined the management board in 2018 and is responsible for the BOMAG corporations Asia / Pacific. He previously worked for the crane manufacturer Manitowoc for over 15 years, where he was responsible for the Chinese market, and later on for Tower cranes worldwide.
Dr. Stefan Forkert has been a member of the management board as Vice President Engineering since 2018. Before joining BOMAG, the mechanical engineer led CLAAS Group's Harvester product sector and was also responsible for the Product Development department in China and India.
