The breakage rate can be significantly reduced by using a STONEGUARD paving plate. At the same time, the vibratory plate, specially developed for block paving, achieves exceptionally high compaction values.

The reversible paving plate scores with its particularly large contact surface. The BPR 55/65 D STONEGUARD makes it possible to achieve a perfect surface and joint pattern. What's more, the surface coverage is considerably higher than with conventional machines.

The vibratory plate is perfectly adapted to the requirements of block paving. It stands out with its smooth running and is ideally suited for vibrating chamferless concrete blocks.

BOMAG STONEGUARD paving plates are specially designed for the vibrating concrete blocks, chamferless and smooth, natural stones. They are particularly suitable for vibrating large and long formats.

As the plastic element also protects the sides, a STONEGUARD plate can also be used to work directly next to sensitive façades or around pillars and posts in the paving area.

However, the vibratory plate, which was specially developed for block paving, is not suited for compacting chippings, asphalt or crushed rock. It is ideal for use in large and small squares, block paving, pavement construction and landscaping.

Every operator can select the ideal working position with the height adjustable, low-vibration steering rod.

The protective covering for the engine is equipped with strategically placed openings to ensure optimum access to the engine and other components, saving time and money.
