Screed for the BOMAG BF 600/BF 700/BF 800/BF 900 pavers.

Thanks to its high dead weight and extra-long screed plates, the BOMAG S 500-2 TV screed achieves outstanding paving results and optimal surface quality. This high-performance screed can achieve pre-compaction values of up to 95%.

The base screed is 2.5 metres wide. When equipped with BOMAG screed extensions using QUICK COUPLING, the machine can quickly and easily achieve a range of different paving widths up to 9 metres: 5.0 m/5.5 m/6.5 m/7.0 m/7.5 m/8.0 m/8.5 m/9.0 m

With the screed type TV (vibration and tamper), the tamper stroke can be adjusted to suit the type of mix, layer thickness and material throughput. This, combined with the screed's high dead weight, enables extremely high pre-compaction values (up to 95%) under any site conditions.

The base screed width is 2.5 m. With reduction shoes, the minimum paving width is 1.8 m. Mechanical extensions offer the highest flexibility with paving widths up to 9 m. It is always possible to install layers up to 30 cm thick.
