BOMAG has designed its new vibratory plates with a focus on intelligent, user-friendly engineering. All machine functions are clearly visible and controllable from the operator’s position. The ECONOMIZER compaction measuring system is available for the first time on vibratory plates in the weight class below 300 kg. Another feature is the integrated operating hours counter, which ensures transparent tracking of usage times and maintenance intervals.

Innovative battery – efficient, flexible and protected.

The new exchangeable battery fulfils the higher requirements for performance and runtime on a reversible plate. The charge state is indicated by clearly visible LED status bars, and the battery itself can be replaced in a single easy step or conveniently charged in the machine – a decisive advantage for practical everyday construction site operation.

BOMAG places great value on an extremely high protection class against dirt, water and the effects of the weather. The machines are designed to work reliably even under the most adverse conditions. The robust all-round protection hood and protected control panel also ensure maximum durability. In this respect, too, the e-PERFORMANCE models can easily keep pace with their combustion engine equivalents.

Speed control.

A particular innovation of this e-machine series is the speed control, inspired by the “city mode” of the reversible BOMAG plates. The speed can be adjusted directly on the steering rod to accelerate or decelerate. This allows the operator to control the machine even more precisely and work particularly carefully around corners, along edges and walls. A lower frequency increases runtime because less energy is required.
