As an option, BOMAG mounted binder spreaders for tractors can be equipped with vehicle lights in accordance with the German Road Traffic Act (StVZO) and additional work lights for working at dusk or in the dark.
This tractor-mounted spreader features an adjustable 3-section spreading width: to 80 cm, 160 cm or 240 cm.
The automatic spread rate control allows it to distribute the preset volume of binding agent precisely, evenly and perfectly dosed across the surface.
The rotary valve and chamber plates are both made of stainless steel. The stainless steel chamber plates can also be replaced individually. Factors that increase the service life and facilitate maintenance and repair.
The rotary valve drive was integrated into the contour of the binder spreader. This protects it optimally against damage from the outside.
The mounted soil stabilization spreader can be operated intuitively via the control panel in the driver's cab and the clearly marked soft-touch switches.
All machine parameters are visible on the 4.3-inch colour display. The operator immediately sees whether the hopper is almost empty and needs refilling as well as the current settings for spreading width and quantity throughput.
The hopper flap can be fully opened for quick and clean tank filling from above, for example, with big bags.
Alternatively, the binder can also be blown in from the silo vehicle using compressed air. A dust filter is optionally available.
The current filling level is always shown on the display, whether almost empty or already full to the brim. An automatic horn signal lets the silo driver know when the hopper is full again.
All maintenance points can be reached readily. Large service doors with simple locks open the way for good maintenance.
