The BOMAG BT 30 tamper excels with its low weight, compact dimensions, large stroke (45 mm) and high impact rate (790/min). What’s more, the frequency can be infinitely adjusted to suit the jobsite conditions, ensuring particularly precise and accurate compaction.

BOMAG’s lightweight vibratory tamper is ideal for use in narrow trenches, cable and pipeline laying, and especially for work in awkward corners and on slopes. With the BT 30, compaction and tamping in these areas is easy and effective.

Weighing just 32 kilograms, the lightweight BOMAG BT 30 tamper is ideal for trench and sewer work, landscaping, and especially for compacting directly around pipes, backfilling, foundations, drainage systems and all types of repair work.

The BOMAG vibratory tamper is equipped with a powerful and robust Honda 4-stroke petrol engine.
The tamper’s key machine components are well protected. The air filter is quick and easy to change. You only need to undo one screw.

Thanks to its low weight, the light BOMAG tamper is particularly easy to handle. The result: less damage to surrounding structures.
Moreover, the power (impact rate) can be tailored to each work situation thanks to its infinitely variable frequency control.

The lightweight BOMAG tamper can fully demonstrate its strengths in landscaping, sewer and pipeline laying, as well as in road construction and civil engineering.
Its optimal centre of gravity facilitates forward movement. At the same time, the lightweight BOMAG tamper achieves a remarkable depth effect of up to 30 cm.
