Organisational changes in the management of BOMAG

Boppard, 15 October 2020: BOMAG Boppard announces two organisational

changes in the company management:

Michael Grünewald, previously Sales Director for Europe, the Middle East/Africa and Latin America, took over responsibility for the Services & Solutions division of the BOMAG Group as Managing Director on 1 October 2020. Grünewald joined the Boppard-based construction equipment manufacturer in 1989. The mechanical and business engineering graduate switched from production to international sales in 1993, where, among other things, he was responsible for BOMAG’s global spare parts sales.

On the same date, Jonathan Stringham took over the management of worldwide sales and marketing. Stringham has been a member of BOMAG's Executive Board since 2013 and, in recent years, has been responsible for the areas of strategy, digitisation and planers. Before joining BOMAG, Jonathan Stringham held various management positions in business consulting, corporate strategy and product management.

BOMAG President Ralf Junker comments on the personnel and structural changes in the company: “In response to the dynamically changing market environment, we are bundling global expertise and skills and converging our business units more closely. These changes will also enable us to further strengthen key areas for the expansion of our international business activities and the direct contact to our customers.”
