BOMAG is committed to quality and uses extra high-quality components. The exciter is cast directly into the machine. No screws can loosen here.

The air is pre-filtered with an additional cyclone filter, so less dust reaches the actual filter. This also increases the engine’s service life.

Thanks to low hand-arm vibration (under 5 m/s2), BOMAG’s single direction vibratory plate enables particularly gentle yet highly efficient compaction. No additional documentation is required for its use.

The guide bar is mounted in generously dimensioned silent blocks. This keeps hand-arm vibrations to a minimum. The machine’s design is also particularly ergonomic. The service points are directly accessible.

If the vibratory plate is equipped with BOMAG’s spray bar kit, water is sprayed directly onto the base plate across the entire width. This prevents asphalt from sticking to the plate.

For all models in the BP series and for use in paving, highly wear-resistant polyurethane mats are available. They allow for particularly gentle compaction of concrete paving stones—especially those with a coated surface. The easy-to-install plastic mats prevent marks on the paving stones while reducing the risk of breakage.

The guide handle can be folded without tools. The machine’s compact dimensions make it easy to load. The transport handles offer a secure grip. Transport wheels are also available.
